I found a great price on a bag I had been eyeing for some time. I emailed customer service to make sure it had an additional strap since I couldn't see from the photo. The customer service team was in touch quickly and friendly. They even took an additional photo to confirm what they told me. When I received the bag it was like new even though it was listed as used! I will be checking their site regularly for new items and recommending them to others.

Unbelievable variety of goods, both for us and for our horses. The great thing about this store, is that everything is super well-organized, making it easy to shop and find what you need. I went in January, when the Xmas decorations were still up - so lovely! Prices were good - i had put some ARMA brushing boots on hold, and, while looking around, found a girth i could use as well. When i make a second trip, i’m going to bring items my previous horse used which don’t fit my current horse and put them on consignment. Whether you’re buying or selling, this store is a find.

As advertised. Would say true to size (I purchased 2 sizes up to be safe since it is European sizing and I bodybuild so I need extra arm and shoulder space. This is slightly baggy which is exactly how I wanted). Received in timely manner and sold at stellar price considering clothing was perfect condition and new with tags from a designer equestrian brand. Absolutely fantastic find and my Christmas gift to me.
