The Tried Equestrian (TTE) gladly accept requests for a return within 2 weeks of the date of delivery to the customer. Return requests must be emailed to mckenna@triedequestrian.com. The item(s) must arrive back in the same condition sent with the initial tags attached.
If you are requesting a return outside of this window, the item does not have original tags, has been damaged, or has excessive use no refund will be given. However, the item may be eligible for reconsignment. You can reach out to The Tried Equestrian at mckenna@triedequestrian.com for details.
