The only thing better than the amazing selection in this store is the helpfulness of the staff and Owner. This is the best, kindest, most helpful shopping experience I’ve had. I found a great price on a bag I had been eyeing for some time. I emailed customer service to make sure it had an additional strap since I couldn't see from the photo. The customer service team was in touch quickly and friendly. They even took an additional photo to confirm what they told me. When I received the bag it was like new even though it was listed as used! I will be checking their site regularly for new items and recommending them to others.
