Refund policy

RETURN POLICY FOR ALL ITEMS EXCLUDING SADDLES:

Return requests are accepted for 2 weeks after the purchased item has been delivered. Any return request over 2 weeks from date of delivery is unfortunately not eligible for a return.

Items must arrive back in the same condition they were shipped in (according to photos on TTE's website) for a full refund. All purchases receive a prepaid return label for easy returns. Customers opting for store credit or exchange receive free returns. Customers wanting to be refunded back via PayPal, credit card, Shop Pay or any other form outside exchange or store credit are deducted $10 for the return shipping.

RETURN POLICY FOR SADDLES:

Return requests are accepted 5 days after the purchased item has been delivered. Any saddle return request over 5 days is not eligible for a return.

Saddles must arrive back in the same condition they were shipped in (according to photos on TTE's website) for a full refund. All purchases receive a prepaid return label for easy returns. Customers are deducted $50 for the return shipping expense from the purchase price.
