Returns Policy

**Please note we have recently changed our shipping policy to better accommodate all customers during these changing times with fast, reliable shipping and even easier returns**

We gladly accept returns for any reason up to 2 weeks after the date of delivery. 

We ship worldwide but currently some locations are not accepting shipments due to COVID-19. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your country, get in touch with us and we can look into it.

Item(s) must arrive back to us in the same condition, with our tags still connected, and with the order invoice to receive a refund.

Orders over $199 receive free shipping in the US. We are monitoring the USPS situation closely and are upgrading shipping to UPS if we deem necessary for safe arrival.

All items can be returned with our new “easy-breezy” returns. Let us know if an items doesn’t work out, what was wrong, and we will gladly email you a prepaid shipping label. Returns can be dropped off at your local post office, put in a USPS package receptacle, or you can schedule a home pick up. The item must be handed off to USPS within 2 weeks of the date the item was delivered to you. International orders are responsible for the return shipping for a refund.

Orders over $199, excluding tall boots and clearance items receive free returns.

Orders under $199, on clearance or tall boots will have a deducted $10 restocking fee reduced from the refund back to the customer. Each return package received is subject to only 1 restocking fee, regardless of the number of items returned.
